Great Blog on Financial Intelligence

Wow – I just found a great blog focusing on financial intelligence in the real world – www.GetRichSlowly.org/blog.

He’s got a great post up about creating a business to generate recurring income – it is somewhat passive, although still requires a number of hours of work each day (he can do it from home or remotely, though, so still better than punching the clock. Check this out: Quitting the Day Job.

This post has a great discussion on what’s involved with stepping away from a 9-to-5 into a new income stream. (Including tracking your expenses and having a budget AND having your new income in place before you take the leap. )
